Bourbon insiders have long acknowledged that full proof bourbon has a distinctively rich flavor. This bourbon underwent a distinct filtering process, forgoing the typical chill filtration, and only passing through a plate and frame filter. This allowed the bourbon to maintain a robust proof for bottling, as well as a full rich and bold flavor. Bottled at its original 125 barrel entry proof, just as it was years ago when the barrels were first filled, 1792 Full Proof Bourbon is exceptionally distinct.

1792 High Rye
Bourbon by law must be made using a mash bill of at least 51% corn. Traditionally, bourbons use rye as the secondary grain in the mash bill. This signature recipe for 1792 High Rye Bourbon uses a much higher percentage of rye as the secondary grain than most bourbons do, creating a robust and full flavor.
The spicy rye notes are complimented by years of aging in charred white oak barrels, whose caramelized sugars delicately balance with the peppery rye flavor. Enjoy a perfect marriage of sweet vanilla, caramel, butterscotch, and rye in 1792 High Rye Bourbon.
1792 Port Finish
The marriage of expertly crafted bourbon whiskey and port wine barrels join together to create this distinct bourbon. 1792 Port Finish Bourbon delivers an elegant flavor profile like no other. This bourbon was aged for many years in new white oak barrels before spending another two years extracting the subtle, yet sweet flavors from port wine barrels. 1792 Single Barrel
In order to create this unique bourbon, the finest barrels are selected and tasted from the best aging warehouses. Only those barrels deemed "exceptional" are then bottled individually, one by one. This preserves the distinct character of each barrel.

1792 Sweet Wheat
Crafted with sweet and delicate wheat instead of the more traditional rye, this bourbon is quite distinctive from most. The soft wheat delivers a subtle and smooth taste with gentle layers of flavor. Each sip expresses a harmony of sweetness and dryness.

The Beverage Testing Institute had this to say about our whiskey; "aromas of sour cream frosting, caramel yogurt, faint anise pastry with a supple, dry-yet-fruity medium body and a butter cream, licorice, tea leaf, and peppercorn finish. American Prairie Reserve Bourbon
High West is dedicated to preserving and promoting the American West. The American Prairie Reserve is superb premium bourbon whiskey dedicated to one of the greatest land preservation projects of our time. The Reserve in Montana is a 5000 square mile land tract the size of Connecticut restored to what Lewis and Clark would have seen.
Since 1946 this bourbon has been held in high regard. 80 proof and distilled from corn, rye and barley malt, it's smooth and simple, yet robust in its own way. There is much to love about this bourbon that has withstood the test of time.
Features aromas of corn, caramel, toffee and vanilla. Follows through with many of the same but with a hint of spice and a lingering finish hinting of toffee and citrus.
Angel’s Envy Kentucky Straight Bourbon if finished in port wine casks for an award winning spirit. We painstakingly oversee every step of the aging process, guiding each batch’s conditioning. We blend our handcrafted bourbon in small batches of 8 to 10 barrels at a time, and typically age it for up to 6 years. While we lose about 5% of the spirit each year to evaporation, or “the Angel’s Share,” what’s left behind after we’re done is truly worthy of envy.
Once it’s deemed ready, we finish the spirit in ruby port wine casks, adding subtle nuances that enhance the flavor without challenging it. Our port finishing process lasts between three to six months depending on taste. We use 60-gallon ruby port barrels made from French oak and imported directly from Portugal. This creates a whiskey of unprecedented smoothness, sweetness and balance.

We love whiskey. And on occasion, we love stealing it. With Breaking & Entering Bourbon, our plunder is your pleasure. To make B&E, Dave and Lance went deep into the rickhouses of Kentucky's most venerable bourbon distilleries and brought several hundred barrels back to blend at our distillery in Alameda. Plenty of spirits producers source spirits from elsewhere, then blend and bottle them under their own label and hope that you don't notice. We're gonna tell it to you straight. Our 30+ years of artisan distillation experience have earned us credibility as craft distillers, and we aim to be worthy of your trust. We stole this bourbon, yes. But we did it because we see blending as an art form in and of itself, and we think we've got a pretty good knack for it. Breaking & Entering is not a St. George distillate, but you can taste our influence in every sip. We may be bourbon thieves, but we're honorable thieves. Mea culpa. (And you're welcome.)
Breaking & Entering is a bright, spicy, not-too-sweet bourbon characterized by warm breakfast notes of maple, banana, butter, cinnamon, cloves. Cherry cola and eucalyptus/menthol are also present. In 1796, Master Distiller Basil Hayden Sr. broke 'the rules' by mixing small grains into the mash of a traditional corn base. Bear Gully Classic Bourbon

Named after the McAfee brothers who surveyed a site just north of Frankfort in the late 1700s, this rye recipe bourbon is yet another label that honors the storied history of the Distillery and the land it sits on.

Berkshire Mountain Distiller's Bourbon Whiskey is handcrafted in small batches using local corn sourced from a farmer two miles from the distillery. After meticulous fermentation and distillation, only the finely cut of spirit is selected to be aged in virgin American white oak barrels.

Big Ass Bourbon
Big Ass Bourbon is named in honor of one of the finest breeds of donkey in the world, the American Mammoth. It is the world's largest breed of donkey, averaging 15 hands but some grow to 17 hands or larger. That's 5' 8" at the withers. Which is incredible! Because the average size of a standard donkey is 11 hands, which is only 44" tall. The registry for the American Mammoth Jackstock was set up in 1888 to keep track and promote the breed. Mammoths were developed mostly for producing exceptional mules for work and riding. The asses come in a variety of colors. Every donkey has its own individual personality. But they do have two things in common which are their calm and gentle natures and their willingness to please.
It's this commitment to fine breeding that prompted the development of a refined, strong bourbon with a gentle flavor aimed at pleasing even the most discriminating bourbon enthusiast. Small batched in 6-9 barrel batches in Bardstown, Kentucky, at 90 proof strength.
Big Bottom Small Batch
Aged in new white oak casks and proofed at 91, our American Straight Bourbon Whiskey consists of 36% rye.
The complexity of the whiskey contains spicy undertones of cloves and allspice entwined with honeysuckle. The pleasing balances of spice create a long smooth finish. Not only can this American Straight Bourbon be enjoyed neat, it also is an incredible base spirit for any whiskey cocktail.
Big House Straight Bourbon Whiskey
Hand-crafted in small batches, our bold bourbon is mellowed for 6 years in new charred American oak and finishes smooth due to time served.
Nose: Butterscotch, caramel and vanilla. Palate: Rich, bold flavors of maple syrup and pecan balanced by light nuances of fig and black pepper. Finish: Long, smooth caramel and vanilla balanced by coffee bean and spicy clove.
Bighorn Bourbon is the perfect blend of varying ages of fine Bourbon. Named for the Majestic Rocky Mountain Bighorn Ram, this smooth spirit is perfect sipped on the rocks or mixed in a favorite cocktail.
Bird Dog Bourbon has an elaborate medley of corn, malted barley and rye that formulates into a distinctive gentle bourbon. With many layers of distinction, Bird Dog Bourbon flourishes with light undertones of honey and golden raisins which is complimented by the richness of caramelized wood sugar. Aged in traditional charred white oak bourbon barrels and bottled at 80 proof, Bird Dog Bourbon is an extremely enjoyable bourbon.
Black River Bourbon
Small barrel bourbon distilled from corn and barley.
Caramel and molasses tones coaxed from the grains, combine with vanilla-sweet oakiness for a robust character, smooth body and nutty finish.
The Silverback Distillery's first bourbon product, Blackback Bourbon is aged 2 years and is 86 proof. Barrels are selected for single barrel releases. Its materials report it carries notes of butterscotch, vanilla and oak. As of mid-2019 it was only available on-site at the Distillery.
Blanton's Single Barrel
Although Colonel Blanton died in the spring of 1959, his legacy lives. Introduced in 1984, Blanton's namesake bourbon was the first ever Single Barrel Bourbon sold commercially. The Single Barrel Bourbon is the first of its kind.
A deep, satisfying nose of nutmeg and spices. Powerful dry vanilla notes in harmony with hints of honey amid strong caramel and corn. A medium finish composed of returning corn and nutmeg flavors.
Bloody Butcher Bourbon

Blue Corn Bourbon
Made using old world distillation techniques. We naturally malt our grains, so do not need to add barely. We distill in small batches in a specially designed and custom fabricated whiskey. Still that utilizes a Thumper and Worm.
This soft, slightly sweet bourbon is meant to be sipped but also makes a wonderful cocktail.
Booker's Small Batch
Booker took great care in crafting his bourbon, and the Booker's Bourbon bottle even features a label written in Booker Noe's own handwriting.
Aged six to eight years and bottled between 121 and 127 proof; the only bourbon bottled straight-from-the-barrel, uncut and unfiltered.
Border Straight Bourbon is truly "small batch" in every detail. Border Straight Bourbon is artisan distilled from grains provided by a 6th generation family farm, minutes from the distillery. "No short cuts." We practice"traditional aging techniques in medium char, Ozark White Oak barrels constructed from wood staves that are air dried three years.

John, Abraham, Joseph and Isaac Bowman were Virginia militia officers in the American Revolutionary War. In 1779, they led thirty pioneer families to Madison County, Kentucky and established Bowman's Station. Later, the brothers helped establish and settle Fayette County. Charred Oak Bourbon

This bourbon is made form a mash of 70% corn from LeClaire, 20% wheat and 10% unmalted barley from Reynolds, IL. It is aged for one year in newly charred 30 gallon oak barrels, about half the size of a traditional whiskey barrels.
Cody Road Bourbon is a flavor and aroma experience unlike any other. Enjoy sweetness of corn, light fruit from wheat and a grassy, nutty finish from the unmalted barley. Vanilla and caramel from the oak dance around the sweet grain.

Colorado Gold Bourbon
After a long wait in April of 2010, our first two barrels of premium bourbon were bottled, and it was immediatly an AWARD WINNER! In May 2010 Colorado Gold Straight Bourbon Whiskey, a Single Barrel Whiskey, was awarded a Fourth Place by the American Distilling Institute in a blind whiskey tasting event held in Kentucky. This was an outstanding accomplishment for the then three year old Colorado Gold Distillery to be in the top Four Straight Bourbon Whiskey Producers. This has been blown out of the water in 2012 with our BEST IN CLASS finish.
Colorado Straight Bourbon
We make honest, small batch bourbon. To some goliaths who shall not be named,"small batch"means about 1,400 barrels a day, or enough to get this whole country sozzled in short order. For us, small batch is one and a third barrels a day. This particular batch was two years in the making, or just enough time for those other guys to make a million barrels of their stuff. Which we think works out pretty well, since this bourbon truly is one in a million. Some of Colorado's finest offerings were hand-picked for this recipe, including the famed Western Colorado-grown sweet corn. Stories about this corn are legendary, and appropriate for what has become Colorado's first legal bourbon.
Our Colorado straight bourbon is light, aromatic and most importantly, hand-numbered.
Copper City Bourbon
Our small batch, handcrafted bourbon's mash consists of 75% corn, 20% rye, and 5% barley and is aged at least 2 years in white American oak.
Its notes of caramel and vanilla are noticeable, yet smooth, and we're sure you'll appreciate the balance that comes from just the right amount of maturity. We're not pretentious, enjoy neat, or throw a couple rocks in if you wish, just enjoy it with the same free spirit it was created with.
