For us, small batch is one and a third barrels a day. This particular batch was two years in the making, or just enough time for those other guys to make a million barrels of their stuff. Which we think works out pretty well, since this bourbon truly is one in a million. Some of Colorado's finest offerings were hand-picked for this recipe, including the famed Western Colorado-grown sweet corn. Stories about this corn are legendary, and appropriate for what has become Colorado's first legal bourbon.
