Interested in learning about the art and craft of distillation? Eager to educate your palate about artisanal spirits? You’ve come to the right place! St. George Spirits is open to the public Wednesday–Saturday noon–7pm, Sunday noon–5pm for distillery tours and spirits tastings by reservation. The distillery fills a 65,000-square-foot airplane hangar on the former naval air station in Alameda, California (just across the bay from San Francisco). We are situated at the edge of the base with an uninterrupted westward view of the city skyline, Bay, and bridges. We consider ourselves lucky to be able to spend our days making spirits in such a spectacular location—and we look forward to sharing this special place and our spirits with you!
