Our bourbon is truly like no other. We use local, food-grade white corn, and bottle the product at distillation and barrel proof in the style of a Pre-Prohibition bourbon. The result is a unique, very full-flavored whiskey that typically comes in at between 102 - 108 Proof (51 - 54% ABV). Each batch is hand labeled, numbered and individually proofed. Due to our very small size, this product tends to sell out the day it is available. We suggest all interested parties to keep an eye out for bottling announcements via our newsletter and text club. For those that are very serious about claiming their own bourbon, we do now offer the ability for groups to "fill their own barrel."
